The Student Technology Assistant Program

is a service provided by Academic Technology Services for the Faculty of Arts. Faculty are matched with a Student Technology Assistant (STA) who will assist them in setting up and designing their technology-assisted education projects. STA's provide personalized support and assistance for faculty using courseware tools such as WebCT and other instructional technologies.

STA's have been trained to help faculty create course web pages, customized scripts and programming, presentations, and intractive learning objects. STA's offer one-on-one consultations and assist with training usng a variety of technologies including: HTML, Contribute, Powerpoint, WebCT, and Flash.
